How the Store Fee works
A fee on wholesale cost — never your price
The Store Fee is a percentage of the product’s wholesale cost — not your retail price. You set your retail price above the wholesale cost shown in the catalog, and keep everything above wholesale + store fee + payment processing.
Note the Store Fee ($4.00) is 50% of the $8.00 wholesale cost — not of your $30.00 price. Set a higher retail price and every extra dollar is yours. On Pro and Business the Store Fee rate drops to 30% and 15%.

What is the Store Fee calculated on?▾
It's a percentage of the product's wholesale cost, not your retail price. You can see each product's wholesale cost in the catalog before you add it to your store.
When does upgrading to Pro pay off?▾
If you're clearing more than roughly 70 orders per month on a $30 product, the fee savings on Pro offset the $39.99 subscription. The bigger reasons to upgrade are access to AI video ads, a custom domain, and the full 418-SKU catalog.
Can I manage stores for other people or clients?▾
Yes. Pro accounts can create and manage up to 5 stores — useful for managing a small roster of creators or clients. Business accounts have no store limit and include a dedicated client dashboard for managing stores across a full creator operation or agency.
Can I change plans anytime?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial of Pro or Business?▾
